Opportunities may include resource tables, community events, administrative support, fundraising, awareness initiatives, and other mission-focused needs.

Begin by completing AFN’s Volunteer Application. After submission, your information will be reviewed, and you will receive instructions regarding any additional forms, screening, orientation, or training required for your volunteer role.
Submission of volunteer forms does not guarantee placement or authorize an individual to act on behalf of Advocacy Family Network.
Complete the Volunteer Agreement
After submitting your application, complete the AFN Volunteer Agreement covering confidentiality, non-disclosure, liability, and the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
Final Intake Form
Complete the AFN Advocacy Services Acknowledgment, Informed Consent, and Limited Release. This form confirms your understanding of AFN’s advocacy services, volunteer boundaries, informed consent requirements, and applicable releases.
